Brother Emirson Ubas is a graduate of Hyles-Anderson College of the Philippines and serves at International Baptist Church overseeing our children’s ministries.  Each week he ministers to children in various schools, teaching values from a Biblical viewpoint.  He also is our preacher for our Sunday Junior-church services.
